At What Price Would You Sell Your Baby's Pics?

There's a lot of money riding on Tinseltown's tots these days and their first photographs are no different. Speculation has priced the much anticipated Jolie-Pitt baby's first shots at $10 million.

And, with celeb mamas from Christina Aguilera to Nicole Richie to Jennifer Lopez cashing in on their kids, it seems to be the latest fad in the very lucrative baby biz.

Would you accept cash in exchange for images of your child?

I think the whole thing is ridiculous ...i mean they're just normal people having babies....why should they get paid for that...hmmmph !!!!!

I wouldn't take any money-I'd pay to have pics taken and give them away to anyone who will take them!The more people see of your baby, the less 'in demand' their pictures are, and the less the paparazzi would hound you. And what proud mama doesnt want to show her new babe off to anyone who will pay attention??Though in my case, the paparazzi won't be hounding me, and nobody will put my babe on the cover of their magazine :P

in the case of celebrities, i think it makes sense to have them professionally done, instead of being stalked and attacked by paparazzi. at the very least, angelina and brad will donate all their money to charity instead of pocketing it for themselves.

I would do it but either give it to charity or use it to start a college/trust fund for the baby.

I do think it's ridiculous the way many celebs are profiting off their kids. I bet some of them just have kids now to pump up their careers. BUT... I agree, if they don't have them professionally done, to ease the curiosity, the paparazzi will just go crazy. However, I think it's wrong pocket the money. That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. First celebs are RICHER than rich, get all kinds of stuff for free just because of who they are, now they get millions of dollars for having a kid? UGHHH... There is just something wrong there. I think they should donate ALL the proceeds to charity. I mean seriously, there are children starving in Africa, and children starving RIGHT HERE in the US. Any celebrity who doesn't donate the money is selfish & soulless. Ok, I'm off the soapbox for now.

I would sell the pictures, I would not want to be attacked while taking my child to their docs appointments or even a family outing. If you don't think you will ever go outside, then you can always stay in doors.

I think these celebrities have the choice between getting paid for portraits done by professional photographers with wardrobe and makeup for a tabloid, or declining and having paparazzi swarming you trying to get the shot all the time. If it were me I'd sell the pictures and donate the proceeds.
