I didn't know the twins thing, very interesting!
#2 is impossible to determine unless you know how often the baby's breastfeeding during the day as well, and if there's supplementing, etc. Also, you're not likely to begin menstruating again a few months postpartum, merely sooner than if you were also breastfeeding through the night. Also, I'm not sure one doctor's findings should be considered basis for an answer to #4, especially not knowing anything about the women other than that they're breastfeeding.

And under question two where it says "often do not see their period return until they're rate of breastfeeding decreases," it should be their instead of they're. Sorry, I can spot a grammar error from miles away :P
