She never imagined helming a billion-dollar business but says it was a natural progression for her career. The new mama's first maternity designs — a capsule collection for Destination Maternity — are hitting stores this month, and today she said she plans to expand her empire to include baby clothes. Nonetheless, Jess says her proudest accomplishment so far is her daughter, Maxwell Johnson.
