"I wanted to provide lunch that was going to be appealing for all of our guests, which included vegans, vegetarians, Paleo-dieters and omnivores alike," Angel says. "I had a wonderful experience with catering through one of my favorite LA chains, Lemonade LA. Their seasonal offerings were beautiful and scrumptious and we had rave reviews from everyone! I went with five beloved marketplace offerings, including their watermelon radish ahi salad, Israeli couscous and mushrooms, and curried cauliflower, lots of fresh seared ahi, buttermilk battered chicken, and their refreshing watermelon-rosemary lemonade! My mom and I also prepped lots of seasonal fruit, along with pouches from Ella's Kitchen (our fave!) for Olive's friends."
