From backpacks to lunchboxes, school books to cleats — kids have a lot to juggle these days. When dark clouds start to rumble, an umbrella may be the best idea, but it can also be tough to manage with a full load. Have no fear, the UFO Cap Umbrella is here! Appearing to be straight from space, these futuristic Korean-made inventions are said to keep heads dry and arms free. They are apparently pretty handy when fishing or hiking in the rain, too! Tell me, would you put one of these on your tot?

First off, would this keep water off their faces? Secondly, this looks like a GREAT way to invite a taunting on the playground! Third, my daughter may have a slightly wack sense of style at the moment (she's six) but she wouldn't even be caught dead in that.

lol, i think its funny. Kids love strange fun things, remember moon shoes? and anything to do with water/rain is going to go over well. On the other sites comments, someone made a really good point. It helps cut down on the young children wielding umbrellas with all of the metal points and such. My sister poked my other sister when she was in the 4th grade, lol, and actually punctured the skin. If my kid wanted one of these, I'd probably get it if it wasnt too over priced. Looks like they'd have lots of fun.

I laughed when I saw this picture so I showed it to my kids and now they both want one. Perhaps this design appeals more to the smaller set than parents!
