I bought quite a few pieces of Tori's Little Maven collection from my local Hartstrings store. Her racks of clothes did poorly and most pieces I bought were marked down 80% off (some only sold for 2.99 or a little bit more). The collection fit in oddly with the rest of Hartstrings which is mostly conservative, preppy and tailored. Little Maven was made more "funky", fun and laid-back. It's adorable and I think it will sell much better in JC Penneys (or Sears) rather than small boutique chains. I am glad that it is still productive, because it was good quality and I did enjoy the pieces I bought for my son.
