Tori Spelling Talks About Pregnancy Scare

It certainly hasn't been an easy year for Tori Spelling. After learning she'd be having back-to-back babies, the mom of four received a life-threatening diagnosis of placenta previa and was placed on hospital bed rest for two-and-a-half months. In the wake of Kate Middleton's pregnancy news, Tori appeared on this morning's Good Morning America to look back on her physically and emotionally challenging fourth pregnancy. She opened up about the family milestones she missed while in the hospital, the possibility of more children (probably not), and how the family will celebrate the holidays.
