While we try to use lotions and sticks, when we're on the beach or I send my son off to camp, sprays are the way to go. They're quick, they cover a lot of surface area, and I know that even if my oldest doesn't rub it in, it's still doing something for him. We love Neutrogena Wet Skin Kids Beach & Pool Sunblock Spray, SPF 70+. Though the EWG gives it a seven, its high SPF and the ability to put it on wet, sweaty skin (not to mention its very pleasant smell) have made it a top choice for us. Plus, it works. When my kids wear it, they don't burn (and we do reapply every two hours).
