Start at home. I have a lot of patients who come to me asking what they can do before trying invasive procedures, and since the birth of the octuplets I’ve had patients visiting the office and saying they’ve cancelled their IVF procedures with other doctors because they’re afraid of having multiples. One option I often prescribe is the Conception Kit – it’s an at-home kit that is proven to be as effective as IUI and I like it because it’s all natural, doesn’t involve any drugs or surgery, and it doesn’t come with the increased risk of multiples.
