I bought one of the medicine pacifiers and it was absolutely useless for our daughter. Instead we used one of the basic medicine droppers with a bulb end (we got ours in the Red Cross first-aid kit that we bought from Target).
I do have the NoseFrida and cannot recommend it enough. My daughter hates to have her nose aspirated, but this makes it so much easier. The bulb aspirators were a nightmare to use on her.
