Tell Mommy: Where Do You Hide Gifts From Santa?

It's time to stow your holiday purchases so lil snoopers don't ruin their surprise. As a child, I always liked finding my presents under the tree, but one of my friends used to scour her house until she located her loot, then she'd tear a corner and take a peek. After, she re-wrapped them so her parents wouldn't notice and acted surprised on Christmas morning.

I keep my kids' gifts from St. Nick in our storage closet in the garage. Where do you hide presents for your lil ones prior to Santa's arrival?

My son's too little, but I'll probably do what my mom did and bring them to work.

i forgot to add that they hid them in the rafters of the garage, usually blocked by other things

My parents had to hide them from my sisters, although I never looked for them. I loved the anticipation and surprise. I also usually opened my presents at a moderate pace which annoyed my parents and sisters becuase they would be done with theirs and waiting on me

My Mom and Dad never had to hide them, I hate knowing my gifts, I love surprise (At least for gifts) I hide them under MY bed. lol.

At work. They are 4 1/2 and get into everything. So It needs to be out of sight.

Luckyme, I just read in a parenting mag that under the kid's bed was one of the best places! LOL! They never look under their beds. My son is too young, but I remember my mom never really had to for me. I was never curious enough to look around. I liked waiting until Christmas morning. I'm still very patient when it comes to that. Now if I could just extend that patience to the rest of my life! Heh.
