when I first saw them I thought..OMG, HOW CUTE! but then I saw the price. binky's get lost all the time...I just don't see the logoc in paying 50 bucks for something that will get left at the grocery store, on the floor in the car, on the ground in the driveway, under the fridge or as the cat's favorite new toy. I just read about the lead they're made w/ and that the rhinestones could fall out. what were these people thinking?!? who would make a baby product not intended for babies? and who would buy them knowing they could cause serious harm to your little one? wow, that's just crazy to me..

Why? I can't tell you how many pacifiers we lost. My boys rarely used these. I think this is a waste.

NO WAY!!! This is incredibly unsafe!!! You shouldn't glue anything onto a pacifier--- not only a potential choke hazard, but the crystals/ jewels/ glue/ lead containing products shouldn't be ANYWHERE!!! near where a baby would potentially put in the mouth. As DarkBeauty noted, these are novelty items but lots of people don't really "read the fine print" and just think.. oh it's a pacifier must be ok. Yikes!!

Wow, unattractive AND dangerous. Definitely something I'll be shelling $45 out for! *coughs* My daughter never took to pacifers and I saw no reason to encourage her, but even if she had, there's no way I'd spend that much on something that she'd be certain to lose, even if it weren't dangerous. I don't like rhinestones anyway.

I bought some regular pacifiers and put crystals from a craft store on them myself for my niece. I put her initials on them. They were really cute, cost me less than $15 and I made them while watching TV.

I'd only buy the munchkin ones that have a coating over the rhinestones so that they can't pop off.

I've seen some like that at Target and I think they're cute.There's no way I would pay $45 though.My daughter is always losing her binky.There's no way I would pay that much.

$45 for a binky? My boyfriend's nephew loses his every five minutes! I think these are one of those baby products that are more for the parents' enjoyment than the child...

Seriously not a good idea. Cute....but not practical. Binkys fall out everywhere on every surface and i can just see those little rhinestones(crystals?) popping off all over the place and even in your little ones mouth. These look strictly for show. Love the skull and crossbone design though! Eh...neither of my boys liked pacifiers anyway. :D

Love the rhinestones...hate the skulls. Also, I think these are just suited for baby girls...not boys. Good point about the stones falling off though, BlairBear...I guess these are cute to look at, but unsafe to use!

I also heard that the crystals on these things can fall off and if you did give it to a child, they could be ingested. Dangerous. Definitely not for me or mine!

I would never spend more then a few dollars on a binky. Kids lose them constantly and 45 bucks for something that I could get for 3 dollars is just insane! Plus now that they have this warning - very scary.
