Several of these are just the same, only larger, as the carseat bags. The arctic one's are pretty cool, but I simply made my own. All it took was a picnic blanket that's fleece on one side and nylon on the other, a couple zippers and some nice ribbon for the ties for the top corners instead of elastic to go around the back of the seat. Cost me maybe $10.
