Dr. Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) puts work first on ABC's Grey's Anatomy, but who can fault her for wanting to keep a job that she's worked so hard to get? Though Miranda doesn't get to see her son Tucker as much as she'd like, she uses her talents to save other people's children at Seattle Grace.
