No one can truly predict when they will go into labor, but some women hope to beat Mother Nature at her own game by selecting their own day to go into labor prior to their due date. Consumer Reports notes that babies born before 39 weeks are not fully mature and may have breathing and feeding issues for years to come.

consumer reports are being jack asses about this for example not all moms want to or can nurse their newborn nor is a Vbac always possible it depends where the plecenta attaches
