Did you have a C-section for a low-risk first birth?

The US C-section rate is at its highest levels, with one-third of all babies entering the world through surgery. Though the procedure is safe, Consumer Reports notes that traditional, vaginal births are safest. The magazine suggests that hospitals (and doctors) push women to have medically unnecessary C-sections because they are easier to schedule and have a higher profit margin.

consumer reports are being jack asses about this for example not all moms want to or can nurse their newborn nor is a Vbac always possible it depends where the plecenta attaches
