Richie Sambora's run in with the law last month may end up adding more than just a DUI to his record. The Bon Jovi guitarist was pulled over with his 10-year-old daughter Ava in the car. Her mother is Heather Locklear.
According to an E! report on the incident:
We did ask for a misdemeanor child endangerment charge to be filed against him,” Sgt. Jason Kravitz exclusively tells E! News. “We also recommended they charge him with misdemeanor DUI.”

“He could even be facing felony child-endangerment charges depending on how high his blood alcohol level was,” says Salerno, who recently represented Mischa Barton in her own DUI case. If convicted, Sambora would be required to complete a child abuser’s treatment program and be ordered to abstain from drugs and alcohol for four years, according to Salerno.
While these are serious charges, it seems like the real punishment of being a parent who makes a grave mistake is having to live with it.

If this is his first offense he will plead it out and I guarantee he won't get jail time. Probably just court ordered rehab, community service, and a fine. I am a little mixed in my opinion on this one.

7look being a rock star is a grat thing but the pressures are a problem just give ritchie a brake I am sure he loves his daughter and would never hurt her or anyone else,I also can tell you that if he has has an achochol problem, it is apersonal battle and the media and nosy people should give the man his privacy for one thing and let him deal with whatever he is going through with dignity and pray for his srenth and courage to show everyone the good man and father that he is. god bless you ritchie
