As I prepare to wrap things up here at LilSugar for a few months of quality time with my baby boy, I'm also preparing to wrap up what's left of my pregnancy. I've been beyond fortunate to have an extremely easy time of it — something that I attribute more to good luck (and genetics) than anything out of the ordinary that I've done.

While I can't claim to have the secrets to nine months of smooth sailing, I'd love to share with you a few of the things that have helped me to feel my best — on the inside and out — throughout the journey. Enjoy!

Here at Perfect Baby Infant Massage, my wish is for continued health and happiness for Lisa and her newborn baby boy. If prenatal massages were "KEY" for pregnant mom, can you imagine what learning to massage your own baby will do for him? You should experience what it does for mommy, too. It's truly amazing! Would love to spread the word to all American parents/caregivers.
