i've never seen anything like this a sams. i have seen more generic looks.. $83 in 2007 almost 2008 is a steal when you're referring to furniture.

Agreed on the $83, but when I saw this desk with its mod design and cute colors — I assumed it'd be a lot more expensive. And, it's a conversation piece.

It scares me that kids' stuff is so expensive that an $83 desk is considered a "steal." I can get a Little Tykes one for a lot less.
