She's been seen wearing both — often pairing flats or sandals with long dresses and skirts, and stepping into heels for red carpet events.

I did this for my first pregnancy and never felt off-balance - I wore heels the whole pregnancy through, so I always adapted to my center of gravity without any problem! Pregnancy #2 was a total bloater, though, so none of my heels even fit...and I even stretched out all of my flip-flops beyond use. I'm guessing that getting a new, bigger pair of Loubies that you'll only wear for a few months isn't out of your budget if you're a celeb!
