California and New York kids will be some of the first to slip their feet in Glory Chen's shoes for the small set. San Francisco footwear designer Joy Chen has made mini versions of her popular grown-up styles so parents can buy the looks for their lil ones. Using bold colored canvas, leather, and patent leather, Chen created loafers, sandals, sneakers, and Mary Janes ($70 - $90) that can take kids from camp to the pool and on weekend family jaunts to the Hamptons or wine country. Made in sizes 21 to 27, mommy can stock up at Glory Chen boutiques in downtown SF and in Soho.
