You don't have to eliminate these fruits and veggies from your family's diet, but when you do purchase them, buying organic is best!

- Cucumbers
- Blueberries (domestic)
- Potatoes
The EWG also recommends exercising caution when purchasing green beans and leafy greens (kale and collard greens). While they don't meet the traditional "Dirty Dozen" criteria, they have been shown to contain highly toxic insecticides.
