In a lightning flash, they can scurry across the street, tear a room apart, and find their way to the bottom of the jungle gym. We're not talking about a superhero here, we're talking about your kids. The same tot who drags her feet when you ask her to put on a coat and shoes in the morning can move like a gold medal sprinter when you least expect it. Over the weekend, David Anderson saw firsthand how that can happen when his 2-year-old daughter fell into New York's frigid East River while visiting a historic ship. Without missing a beat, and with the help of an anonymous stranger, the little girl was rescued and everyone is OK.
