Aside from my complaints about overnight camp, looking back I did enjoy certain aspects of the experience. For starters, I went with my cousin who is also my best friend. I was lucky to have her around so my vampire cabin mate didn't attack me in my slumber. Check out the other nine reasons I didn't mind my time away from home.

Omg this post got me nostalgic about my old camp, so I visited their website and found a picture of myself at camp from when I was 11! I can't wait until my daughter is old enough to go. :)
