Oat Raisin and Sunflower Seed Cookies

Ingredients
6 tablespoons (quarter stick) unsalted butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 cup quick cooking oats
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Shape into walnut sized balls and flatten them onto a non-stick baking tray with your hand. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden. The cookies will be soft but will firm up when cool.
MAKES APROX 14 COOKIES.
