The latest addition to Phil & Ted's double stroller collection, the Promenade features two full-sized, reversible seats (the company's previous double strollers only had one large seat and one smaller jump seat) that convert from bassinets to regular seats. It also features a pivot bumper bar to ease the removal of tots.
