Think twice before letting your kids eat raw prepackaged cookie dough or taking a nibble yourself. This morning, Nestle Toll House initiated a voluntary recall of all its refrigerated cookie products. The company was informed by the Food and Drug Administration that E. coli illnesses have been reported by people who ate the uncooked prepackaged products.
Consumers can return the goods to their local grocery store for a full refund or call 1-800-559-5025.

1My husband and I ate the entire package of one of these this week. Ack. Plus, I gave a teeny bit to my toddler. Bad mommy. I THINK we are ok, but our state is one that has had cases. And my husband didn't feel well last night. Guess that will teach me!
2lol.. i get mocked and insulted constantly becuase i am such a stickler for not eating raw dough/batter, etc. It has raw eggs! It was the first big fight my husband and I had when we first got together becuase he didnt think i was seriously not going to let him lick the mixer tongs... Sorry, not signing you up for a night in the bathroom with the craps and vomiting..
3Aren't you technically NEVER supposed to eat raw cookie dough anyway? When did that stop?
