This year Tinseltown welcomed more than a few hot tots. From Pax Thien joining the Jolie-Pitt clan to Borat's lovely Olive, and Salma Hayek's sweet Valentina. Then, there were the McDreamy multiples — Darby and Sullivan and Marcia Cross's lil ladies, Savannah and Eden. And who could forget Keri Russell's darling dear River?

These kids sent the paparazzi into a frenzy. And, now that their mini mugs have graced just about every magazine cover, which fabulous family addition caused the biggest media stir?

Keri Russell is such an adorable mom. Her guy is gorgeous too so it's safe to assume her son will be a knock out. Much love.

Poor Pax, the kid has been totally followed way to much. The whole family is unlucky when it comes to the media.

why can't people just leave celebrity's kids alone? i think this fixation on children who have done nothing to deserve fame but be born is creepy. the parents may deserve their celebrity status and the paparazzi that goes with it, but those poor kids have people yelling at and accosting them, and they have done nothing.
