Sure there are lots of good moms out there, but there are some that are extraordinary. If you know an "Everyday Mom" who makes a difference for women and children of the world, throw her name in the ring for the Second Annual Smart Cookie Award Contest.

Last year, the award went to Heidi Breeze-Harris, co-founder of One By One, a nonprofit organization committed to ending obstetric fistula, which affects women and girls living in poverty, worldwide.

The winner of the Smart Cookie Award will receive the following:

• A $35,000 reward from Citi to go to a charity of her choosing.
• An invitation to a gala in New York City, which will be hosted by 20/20 Correspondent Deborah Roberts.
• The opportunity to be featured in a portfolio in Cookie's May issue.
