How does Kate just go the grocery store once a week. Especially eating organic and fresh. How does she know how much fresh fruit and fresh vedgetables to buy? That is what I am dealing with.

As a mom of 6 and stepmom of 4 more i can always use meal ideas.love to cook all day tHEN freeze for the month.and snacks are a must as with your kids meals are always on their mind! So if you have some helpful hints i would be most greatful.Thank you so much. A very busy mom.

Dear Everyone I have been wanting to email you guys for a long time. I am a grandmother and very fortunate to babysit my two youngewst grandchildren. I watch your show everyday at least twice a day if not more because my kids are about the same age as yours and today the kids are a lot different then when my two boys were growing up. I am able to learn a lot and what to expect out of this age group. I was watching to show where you had Sara Snow and all the different recipes she made for you. I would love to have those recipes. Is there a way you could email them to me. I will make it short because I know that you have a lot to do but I would like to tell you that my prays are always with you and your family.
