I'm crying after reading that awful story. I can't imagine that family's heartache. I wish I knew that teacher's email so I could tell her what I think of her.

wiping my tears, see that terrifies me everyday, since i have a son with special needs, they should not only fire this teacher but humiliate her the way she did this innocent child

I wish there was a basis for arresting that teacher. Unfortunately mental cruelty such as this doesn't allow for it. How utterly inhumane.

MArtini--I agree completely. That story just made me sick. How can that teacher not be fired for such an action?It is so clearly emotional abuse. If I were that mother--I don't think I'd be playing nice.

OMG - that poor little boy (Alex Barton)!!! I actually started crying when I read the linked story on Parent Dish! That teacher should be fired! I can't believe this sort of thing could happen. How cruel and awful! My heart is broken for him and his family! What they must be going through, I can only imagine!
