Kid-Friendly Winter Activities in Chicago

Rosie O'Donnell's new evening talk show, The Rosie Show, is one of the only talk shows around that allows kids to attend tapings. The show, which premiered on OWN this Fall and is filmed out of Harpo Studios in the West Loop, is fairly kid friendly (minus a few curses). Between the in-house band, the games, where audience members compete for gifts, celebrity guests, and Rosie's deadpan, self-deprecating humor, there's a lot the whole family will like about this new show. One word of warning: tapings can last four hours or more, so bring snacks and entertainment.
