Better known as "Kiki" from The OC, blonde bombshell Kelly Rowan welcomed a baby girl! People reports that Kelly had her daughter in Los Angeles on April 28. Congratulations to the new mama!

Jenny86,According to People, they actually broke up. "According to the rep, Rowan recently split from her fiancé, Canadian businessman David Thomson."So, it's just the two girls for now. Who knows how involved he'll be in the baby's life.Hopefully she's better off!
