Juicy Couture Pacifiers: Kid Friendly or Are You Kidding?

Sure, these Juicy boy and Juicy girl pacifiers are cute, but are they kid friendly? The boy edition features phrases like "Love Metal," "Heir," and "Only after Dark" while the girl set displays "Love love Juicy," "Juicy," and "hello Juicy world." At $48 for a set of three they cost at least four times more than usual pacifiers. My lil one certainly isn't ready for designer duds, let alone designer binkies. Would you give (or gift) one of these to a child?

My children NEVER lost pacifiers because they had pacifier clip holders....I have a few of these pacifiers and I haven't lost one...mind you I did not buy these.

i have a ridiculous amount of pacifiers for my 6m old and i love buying bunches of cute ones whenever im out, but because i know he will eventually lose every one of them i would never spend that much on one. in fact juicy or not they arent even cute!!! we have a wubbanub for less than half that price and those things are adorable!!!

That is to expensive. I am due in Aug to a baby boy and he has a couple binkies and he will only have them for a couple months. Y pay so much for something that is only going to be used for a couple months?

haha they're cute but wayyyy too expensive. And when I was a baby, I refused a pacifier whenever my mom gave me one lol. I'd spit it out and it'd just make me mad lol. I'm the same way today:) I just won't shut up until I feel like it! haha

I think they are really cute and I am a Juicy Couture-a-holic, but unless someone gave them to me as a gift I probably wouldn't buy them myself. My husband would probably kill me anyway for spending that much on pacifiers!

I might get a set as a gift for a close friend's baby if she's into that kind of stuff, but as much as I love my designer things I wouldn't buy them for my own cause really, you'll end up looking like you take yourself way too seriously.

I didn't buy the binkies, but sad to say that my 6 month old has a sweat suit and two onsies from Juicy! I know it is a bit ridiculous but it so cute when we have our matching hoodies (with the J zippers) on and her little butt says Juicy. She wears it all the time, I am trying to get my money worth on this one!

Last September I took my then 2.5-year old to NYC for a girls' weekend. We attended the Cookie Magazine Moms on Madison event. Along the way we lost my daughter's last pacifier. I noticed some in the window and Juicy, and I can tell you when I saw the price I decided at that moment we were giving up "packy". It was a long weekend and we ended up having a great time not having to keep track of an expensive plastic doodad!

Luckyme - I agree. We went through so many pacifiers, it wasn't funny. When we moved last month, I found almost a dozen. LOL.

No freakin' way! Do you know how many pacifiers we lost when she was still using them? They seem to evaporate so quickly. I'd never spend an arm and a leg on them.
