10/10!!! OMG! I LOVE THE SEXTUPLETS AND TWINS! I LOVE ALEXIS(MY FAVE OUT OF EVERY1!),AADEN(I LOVE IT WHEN HE SMILES!!!) AND CARA (I CAN MOSTLEY RELATE TO HER BECAUSE IM MORE ON THE SPORTY SIDE)!!! I LOVE THIS SHOW! OMG!

I used to get alexis and leah mixed up too but then i saw the hair thing too i watch that show alllllll the time its insane and how can you get collin and joel mixed up they look nothing alike lol the boys and hannah and the twins are so easy to tell apart and for me now alexis and leah i know the family :)

They don't look that much alike actually and for those that really watch the show , shouldn't be to hard.

Easy peasy! I love them. And Martini I used to get Alexis and Leah mixed up all the time too! Alexis has lighter colored hair than Leah's and hers is also a bit longer too--thats how I learned to tell them apart.

I got 10/10... but I almost got Colin and Joel mixed up. They're all so adorable, though! They almost make me want sextuplets... then I remember I only want one lol.
