I will miss the show very much. I hope Kate will be more kind to Jon now. I also hope that Kate will now (without the cameras) be able to truly enjoy & love being a mother. Seen as how, this is what she Always wanted to be. She should let go of the Cleaning Disorder Issue & enjoy her children more.

she was shopping at Ann Taylor Loft also, did anyone think that whole " i need to check the allstate website right now" bit from jon was SO awkward!!?? it was almost as bad as when kate got all those free washers & dryers. start selling d space on jon & kate!

if pulling the plug on the show will help Jon and Kate's family then I'm all for it. Maybe a few specials a year would be better idea for the family.

I actually love the kids, and think Jon is great as well, just to clear that up. They're the reason I still watch the show. I don't know Kate so I'm not claiming to have the ability to analyze her character. I can only form my opinion based on what I see on TV, whatever limited amount that may be. There's always going to be people who like her and people who don't - that's the nature of putting your lives on television.

I personally feel that regardless of how you feel about Kate's personality it is undeniable that she is a good mother. The show is a fantastic way to create revenue and she knows and considers this, I'm sure, when contemplating future seasons. Jon and Kate's dynamic have always been strained and in all honesty it might not be for everyone but it is honest and I appreciate it. You can't deny that it makes for a great television experience! If you don't like the show, then don't watch it! This show has always been a favorite of mine due to its actual honesty and lacks of full fledge scripting. They are who they are and I like taking a peek into their lives, as do millions of other viewers. So stop with the character assassinations and just turn off your televisions if you don't agree! P.s Leave the kids out of it considering that is just plain cruel. It's called growing pains people.

Personally I'm pretty sick of Kate myself. I used to be a HUGE fan of this show but now when I watch it it just seems so different. It used to be more about their daily life as a family and how they get through, and now every episode seems to be some free trip or outing they received. I also just don't like the way she treats Jon. If there is a 5th season I'm pretty sure I won't be watching which is too bad because I have been watching forever. I just don't think I can anymore!

Its time to pull the plug on the show. The children are adorable, but I just don't enjoy seeing one adult treat another one so poorly. What will Kate do when her children start to talk to her the say she talks to her husband?

Wow nelson, geller, and anonymous...way to be harsh. I can understand that Kate may not be your cup of tea or whatever and I agree that sometimes she is a little harsh, but hey thats the way she is. As for Mady I agree that she can be a brat but its not like Jon or Kate let her get away with it. And wouldn't you be a little bratty sometimes if you had 7 siblings. I don't think that Kate is doing this or wants to keep doing this because she is an attention whore. Instead I think she looks at it as a great opportunity for her family. If she was doing it just to be in the spotlight then she would have a camera crew in her house 24/7 and that is not the case. Furthermore, think of how much it will cost to continue to raise 8 kids and put them through college or grad school or professional school if they so choose. Having the chance to do this tv show is a great way for them to provide for their family. If it gets to the point where it is causing strife in their marriage, which it looks like that could happen, then they should decide to stop filming and I definitely don't think that she would choose being on tv over preserving her marriage. If she did that then I think some of your criticisms of her would be warranted. I'm not saying you're not entitled to your opinions, but have some perspective when you make them. Miss J--I was wondering the same thing! I was waiting for her to say what her favorite store was last night but she never did. :(

I was really sad watching last nights episode. Kate you are a drama queen who thrives in the spot light and you are also a bully. If you want to save your marriage you should take time off to get it together with your husband who seems to love but sometimes I have to wonder why. If Jon is feeling this way the children must also be and from what we have seen from Mady she has been feeling it since the beginning. Your comment last night about loving every minute of the show just proves my point. You love being the center of attention with the media, start thinking about your family and husband. I only watch the show to see Jon, the sextuplets and Cara. I cringe when you get in you and Mady get into your fits for attention. Both of you have ruined a lot of outings for your children. Sit back and rewatch those episodes and get it together.

i hope they come back and show what she has done to her husband, humiliating week after week. i hope he grows a set and stands up to her. she is horrible to him. and yes i agree that Mady is in need of some serious counseling. i wonder where she gets her atitude from?? Kate, that hairdo is not good you are in need of a makeover

Last season? Good riddance! Can't this woman see that this show will ruin their lives?! You only have to look at the one twin, Mady, who is in desperate need of counselling. Jon is miserable. As usual, Kate only sees things from her perspective. She does not seem to care or understand that lives are being ruined because of her need for attention and the money they are probably making. She made a comment last night about not being "able to go back". Well it's not too late. Pull the plug now! Trust me, you all will not be missed. You are not that interesting. I watched simply out of curiosity. Please pull the plug on these people!

and to add to what smileyface said, she is a "helper" if she's helping out during activities when both parents are present...like when she goes on day trips with them...she's not the nanny but she's merely helping because little kids need more assistance and you can't have a four to one kid to parent ratio in many cases

I love watching Jon and Kate Plus 8, but hope the Gosselins just decide to do what is best for their family even if it means no more show. Last night's episode was great and I loved that Cara has been featured more and more. She seems like a great kid and so similar to her dad.

Bebe, the helper can not be a nanny. I think nanny refers to when you basically hire someone else to help raise or to raise your kids. In this case she just comes by periodically to help Kate out and to babysit the kids when Jon and Kate have things to do and don't want to or can't take all 8 kids with them. This is no different than any other mom getting a sitter to watch her kids for a few hours be it once a month or a few days a week.
