Buy Some Cute Cups

Invest in a variety of colorful cups and undoubtedly your lil one will find a favorite (my daughter loves her Born Free cups, shown left).

To start, replace one bottle at a time with cups of milk or snacks, starting with the least important bottles (midday) and moving on to the morning and evening bottles.

You can also try watering down milk bottles while giving undiluted milk in a cup. Your baby will soon develop a preference for the real thing in a new vessel.
