These are absolutely hilarious, and totally adorable. I have seen these in person at one of my favoirte little baby boutiques and they are made of a plush material. They are NOT meant for babies who can pull up and stand, just for show and fun!

I think the shoes are too cute, I don;t think they would make a baby look like a street walker, they're for fun, more like for pictures. And I can't wait to get them for my 3 month old daughter!!!

Absolutely cute, absolutely fun, absolutely meant for hilarity - not references to sick and disgusting pedophilic scenarios or prostitution. Haven't women come far enough that high heels can be seen as necessary to fashion as the belt, wallet or cuff link? Not all high heels are made for strippers or street walkers. I'd like to think that my personal collection is FAR from that, and would be totally appropriate for any child in my house to romp around in. I think that these are great and would be a fun addition to my child's special-event wardrobe. I vote that we all get off the conservative-freak-out-session and celebrate our inner Carrie Bradshaw (or Imelda Marcos for you long-time footwear lovers) and let even then wee-ones have a ball! Besides, read the fine print on the website. They're friggin COMPLETELY SOFT....SHEESH! *rolls eyes*

UGH!! My daughter (3 y.o.) plays dress-up in her princess gowns & shoes, but they are plastic, and innocent-looking! Yuck, who wants their child to dress up like Heidi Montag?! There is something creepy about these shoes - especially because they are not intended as a dress up toy.

These shoes are purely decorative people! I mean you know its a joke right?? Heelarious? Hilarious? Anyways I think this is a great idea and dont think a baby could get hurt in these because the heels dont look real! I think its fabric. I agree, if it was for an older girl I wouldnt really find that appropriate but this is just like the bows people put on their babies heads its cute and fun!

They are supposed to be a joke. It's for children age 0-6 months. Women are supposed to put it on their babies, take pictures to show her friends and say "look at what a fashionista my daughter is". Come on people lighten up.If it were for girls age 3-6 then I would've been irked by it. However, I don't think the APA (American Pediatric Association) would approve a product like that to be on the market as it would cause development problems.

i wouldn't ever put those on my baby, but i don't think they're all that horrible... plus, it looks like they're size 0-6 months - not like a baby that age is doing anything besides lounging around on a playmat.
