And Halle Berry's Baby Name Is . . .

Over the moon mama Halle Berry and proud papa Gabriel Aubry have named their brand new lil lady Nahla Ariela Aubry.

According to an article on Usmagazine.com:

"Nahla is the Arabic word for 'drink of water,'" Pamela Redmond Satran, the co-author of The Baby Name Bible and Cool Names for Babies tells Us. "Ariela is related to the Hebrew Ariel, which means 'lion of god.'"

We're betting this beautiful name will fit the much-anticipated celeb babe.

I think the name is pronounced Nala with the H silent. I could be wrong.

Rebekah, Aubry is her last name, so no choice there. I like the sound of Nahla, it sounds exotic and feminine.

It's a unique name but I wonder why she chose an arabic name for "drink of water". Maybe it's the fresh and pure aspect? Anyway, yay for Halle and the hotness. Can't wait to see that baby! This might be one of the more anticipated baby sightings given these parents!
