Anchors away lil ones! It's safe to say that we flipped for Gwen Stefani's Harajuku Mini line for Target this year. The collection of affordable pieces for infants, toddlers, and tweens — many relaying positive thoughts about lil girls — was a breath of fresh air in the kids' clothing world, and from the looks of things, you all agree!
