Funny Movies About Summer Camp

A group of offbeat kids join together to form a fake camp called Camp Nowhere by persuading a recluse ex-drama teacher, played by Christopher Lloyd, to play the part of the camp counselor. It's a paradise for these pre-teens who spend the camp fees on whatever the want: junk food, guitars, big-screen TVs, and water sport equipment. However, the parents are curious about the camp, so they demand a "parents day." Suddenly, the kids scramble to create a convincing scheme to prove to their parents the legitimacy of the camp. Even though this film is PG, it's geared toward pre-teens, dealing with coming-of-age issues, so use some discretion when showing it to younger kiddies.
