What isn't an at-home test these days? Over-the-counter kits allow women to check their fertility, and now one even claims to determine your fetus's sex. The Intelligender Gender Prediction Test ($35) was created by two moms of a combined seven children who wanted to find out the sex of their babies as early as possible. The company's website boasts that the urine test can be taken as early as six weeks after a missed period (14 weeks before ultrasounds usually determine the gender) and results come within 10 minutes. Chemicals contained in the kit cause the sample to turn yellow or orange for a girl, and a smoky green for a boy. The test isn't foolproof, so parents-to-be still need to confirm their findings with a doctor. Would you buy this product?

I guarantee that this test will be right 50% of the time!!!
Seriously people, this is a straight up scam. With current medical technologies, there is NO way to determine the gender of your unborn child from your urine. I cringe whenever I hear that someone actually buys one of these things.
1It was wrong for me and a few other people who were due the same month as I was.
2oh that's too bad it didn't work. i think it would be neat to find out at home, in private. it bugs me that the medical staff knows before i do and they can't always tell (if baby is in a certain position).
3what a joke! it's "results" should not be tested. i didn't take one, but a ton of women on my birth board did and guess what, only half were right!
4i meant, trusted. the results shouldn't be trusted.
5If it works. I think that the abortion rate will go up.
6We bought it but just for fun.
7I took this test when I was 19 week and its said that I was having a boy!! After the ultra sound at 20 week it could have not been more wrong I am definitely haveing a Girl! I would not waste your money!!!!
8Sounds like the old wives' tale about mixing your urine with Drano. Something about it smoking if it's a boy. I don't remember 'cause it's all a bunch of hogwash!
9Don't you think doctors would have figured out that a mom's urine is different depending on the gender of the fetus? But there's no reason it SHOULD be different. And it's not. So there's no way this could possibly work!
I took the test twice at around fathers day and i am now 20 weeks. i had a ulttrasound the other day and the test where right it said boy. I am having a Boy!!!!! i'm was so happy it was right. we have two girls so i was hoping for a boy. Just remember alot of these thing are for fine this one is lab tested. Go to there web page and read about it first. Good luck all.......
