I think one and two are just good manners for anyone who looks in need of help/a rest. But honestly, it bugs the hell out of me when pregnant women EXPECT someone to give up a seat on a bus, for instance. How do they know the person they're glaring at doesn't have a medical reason for needing to sit as well?
