I think it's laughably gross. It'd make a fun gag gift for someone, but I wouldn't give it as a serious shower gift or to someone I didn't know very well.

Those are the strangest things I have seen in a while - GROSS! I could never bring myself to eat a fetus shaped cookie - to weird!

I thought they were aliens until i read the title. Yuck! There is something quite disturbing about eating anything fetus shaped.

Normally this would gross me out but I really got a good giggle out of them. I wouldn't say I'm gaga over them but I'm not gagging either.

I'm not so sure they're intended for baby showers as much as a "Congratulations on your Abortion" party... sick, sick people.

It is a natural, normal stage of gestation. They look like cute baby aliens. Normally, I would have find it quirky, but the anti-choice movement's bombardment of graphic fetus imagery in some of their media campaigns has burned a bad picture association in my head.
