Dry Eyes During Pregnancy
Why Didn't Anybody Tell Me: Dry Eyes
This mama's got a bad case of dry eyes. Flying across the country, sipping on tea, and being close to the California wildfires may be part of my problem, but pregnancy actually causes many women to suffer from stingy and arid eyeballs.
While a pregnant woman's body retains water, her eyes can become tired and parched. Per my doctor's suggestion, a simple solution is to buy over–the–counter eye drops to help lubricate your peepers. Also make sure you're consuming plenty of water to keep your bodily juices flowing.
