Sarah recently told People about James Wilkie's candidate. She said:

"He's really, truly into this election," she says of her little guy's interests. "He's come to this conclusion on his own based specifically on Barack's gender. It's that deep. He's a fan and a true supporter of Barack Obama."

The five-year-old also likes playing with his parents and building things.

My daughter is only 1 1/2, but she has an odd obsession with coins& money. She will even clean up her toys if I say - I will give you money if you put away your blocks. Now I can get away with handing her pennies for her piggy bank - so it is not too bad! And I guess I am teaching her about saving because we then take the money and put it in her piggy bank.

Barack Obama seems to have had quite the impacted on my 2 1/2 year old. He watched one speech and was hooked. He sat through the whole half hour speech! He wants to watch more all the time. It's so funny.
