The best deals may still be out there! Your kids already may be sporting their new clothes and playing with their new toys, but retail experts are predicting drastic price reductions in the coming days. The nation's largest retailers are advertising 50, 60 and even 75 percent off much of their inventory starting tomorrow — great incentive for all of those who received gift cards today.

While your family enjoys the rest of their holiday, will you be scanning the papers for slashed prices on the items you didn't purchase?

The plan was to hit the malls at 7:30 am for the Boxing Day sales, but for the first time EVER, my sister and I did not make it out :( Thankfully most stores have Boxing Week sales!

I went out, but only to buy the christmas stuff all discounted.. lol. I never buy the holiday stuff full price, like halloween candy and christmas blankets, and stuff. Totally over priced! Although, I did buy her the Santa Mr Potato head.

I hit the Janie and Jack sale and stocked up on sun hats for my newest niece to take her into the next two years.

in canada there is a boxing day sale after christmas every year and i am planning on going. some stores will probably go for the whole week.

There are no after Christmas sales where I live. In fact, until just a couple years ago it was against the law for stores to have sales except twice a year as determined by the government. Unfortunately, everyone is so used to paying full price for everything that store owners don't feel the need to discount anything nw that the law was changed. I live in Germany, BTW.

Yes. As long as it's not as swamped as after Thanksgiving. I'm not going to my parent's house until Saturday, and my husband doesn't come back from deployment until February. So I certainly have time to get past-minute gifts.
