First, it;s a ship, not a boat, Second, this is incorrect information, When you purchase a DCL cruise, you will do on line check in. At that time, you are able to pick a Port Arrival Time. While the terminal in NYC may be able to handle 3000 people at once, DCL requests that you arrive at the assigned time. Boarding generally starts no earlier than 11:30 am, and concierge guests board first, followed by Platinum Castaway Club (repeaters) members, then general boarding by group begins. Please, follow the DCL instructions that are both online and in the information package you will get prior to your cruise.
