"My favorite is the medley of roasted vegetables seasoned with herbs and cooked with a bit of healthy olive oil. Some folks get their vegetables from the salad bar: greens, beans, chopped and shredded veggies, dressed lightly in oil and vinegar, sans the mayo, bacon and cheese. Vegetables are also why I order Chinese, Thai and Japanese food and food from tapas bars. A little oil in the preparation is fine, just skip the fry-o-lator, breading and sticky sauces."
