Did You Have Better Sex While Pregnant?

Some mamas-to-be swear by pregnant sex saying their curves, increased blood flow and body sensitivity makes a romp between the sheets worthwhile and orgasms incredible. Other expectant women aren't in the mood during some or most of their nine months due to tenderness, fatigue, body image or other issues. What was your experience?

Not sure if anyone has had this but with my two boys I had not extremely enjoyable sex but offten enough and not a problem. Then with my 3rd child it was a girl and it seemed like the sex was not enjoyable and afterward it stung down there and was very evident the next about 5 days that we had intercourse. It stings afterward so bad that it feels like I am allergic to his sperm! Now pregnant with my 4th and same thing its a girl and have same reaction to sex. It also feels as though I will get a Yeast infection and itches for 4- 5 days then goes away. Really frustrated and feel bad for the hubby as I cant muster the courage to do it anymore. Help?

Pregnant sex was fantastic, First of all I didnt know I was pregnant. We where travling around Australia for a year in a campervan We wher having a lot of sex on the deserted beaches I did'nt have any symptoms of being pregnant at all except I was getting more horny and I started to get a bump It was getting obvious when I was wearing my G-string panties on the beach. I went to the doctor and then I found out that I was 4 months pregnant. We still kept traveling and having lots of sex as the bump got bigger My husband was very horny seeing me wearing my g-string panties on the beach as my bump gor bigger and bigger. Sex was great right to the end.

I wish! I wanted nothing to do with sex for most of my pregnancy (how ironic that we stop getting our period for 9 months and yet no sex was happening) and at the end my stomach was just too massive. I would literally crush my husband if we even tried.

I was SO not interested when pregnant. I didn't have morning sickness or anything, I just wasn't feeling sexy or into it AT ALL. I was suprised too, because we both have high sex drives under non-pregnant circumstances. And my poor Husband's drive did not diminish while I was pregnant, but I just couldn't get into it. My drive did return within a few weeks of having my Son though, so that's good.

I'd imagine that it's better early on... it's hard to feel sexy while overweight (so to speak) and a big belly limits positions and pressure. But that's my guess.

Sex has been great! I'm 5 1/2 but was lucky enough not to get sick the first trimester, so that helped. I'm just so horny that I could case less about what my husband needs and just take him, and order him to do what I need! LOL, it's been a fun change of pace. And I can't say my husband has minded my new found bossiness.

With each of my 3 pregnancies it was different. 1 was more enjoyable, 1 was about the same and the other I could have cared less. I can honestly say that with each baby the sex since delivery has gotten better. It's way better now than it was even before the 1st pregnancy!

We've had sex exactly 2 times in the last 7 months since I've been pregnant. Not only was it FAR less enjoyable, but I bled after each time. Since I've had 2 previous miscarriages, I am overly cautious and terrified. Not to mention, now that I'm enormous, I cannot find a comfortable position to save my life!

I was married for 2 years and wanted to wait another 2 years before getting pregnant so we were actively not trying to get pregnant when we did. So sex once I was pregnant was not worrisome for me - I enjoyed it a lot more! In any case - getting pregnant accidentally was the best thing for me. I would never have said, "Okay let's get pregnant," so the way it happened was better, and now I have my little princess and I would not trade it for anything.

Pregnant sex was the worst sex ever. I couldn't wait for it to be over and then I would always have to run to the toilet to puke. Thankfully, things returned to normal post-baby.

I love sex while I am pregnant. I am 9 weeks along now and I get it as much as I can. My husband is happy with it also. It takes my mind off being sick at least for a little while.

A big fat N-O for me. I'm jealous of those that do/did, but it sucks big time for me. In the first and a lot of the second trimester, I'm too sick. And in the third trimester I feel like a whale. It doesn't feel like my body anymore and I just can't get comfortable with it.
